Morning Reflections, Thornham Quay

Morning Reflections Thornham Quay by Paul J Gunn who passed away on 4th January. Rest in Peace Paul, a brilliant artist, rock guitarist, husband and father. Our thoughts are with Beverley and her family.

Vincent Van Gogh said of Rembrandt's 'The Jewish Bride' in 1885 having seen it at The Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam "Do you know that I would give ten years of my life if I could sit here before this picture a fortnight, with nothing but a crust of dry bread for food"

The Saffron Walden Gallery is a light, airy, tranquil space displaying work by an eclectic mix of contemporary artists, sculptors & ceramicists.  A serene environment conducive to the appreciation of fine art.

We exhibit internationally renowned, established artists, but also give wall space to the up-and-coming.  With regular solo & group exhibitions there is always something new to see - if you would like to receive an invite to forthcoming events and Private Views please sign up to our newsletter below - we would be pleased to see you!
