Brendan Hayes

Brendan creates unique organic ceramics. The pieces are all hand built, sculpted, burnished and then bisque fired. They are all then dressed using organic materials such as seaweed, coffee grounds, fruitpeel, etc. The pots are then wrapped in salt infused saggars, either cloth or foil and then wood fired in a steel barrel. All the pots are therefore unique.
